Newtown Pizza is an owner-operated shop in Newtown's historic district — scratch-made pies, hand-rolled meatballs, and an owner who knows your name before your second visit.

Pizza was thin and crisp with tasty blend of cheese on our 14" plain. Large bowl of homemade chicken soup was enjoyed. Side order of meatballs included 5 golfball-sized portions in a bowl of tomato sauce, which we ladled onto our plates for the pizza crust ends. Small and cozy with great view outsid

We usually get takeout. But we have eaten Inside. The staff is always pleasant. The owner is such a great guy. I love talking to him. We love the food and we have gotten a lot besides pizza. We Ordered all our Super Bowl party food here.
